Phoenix Physique is a local fitness group that was started with the intentioin of encouraging, coaching, informing and helping people to improve their fitness levels and eat responsibly.
We run an hour long programme which includes a thorough warm-up routine to ensure your muscles are prepared for what's to follow.
We then have circuit training which engages all the main muscle groups, using lots of different exercises and modes of resistance i.e. body weight, kettlebells and medicine balls etc. All the exercises can be made more difficult or easier depending on your personal level of fitness. We have a large age range of people participating, from 16 to 70s and encompassing all fitness levels and varying medical conditions.
We end the sessions with a good selection of stretches, to aid muscle recovery and to avoid injury.
The instructors are well qualified and having more than one instructor enables us to provide personal attention and input on a level that would otherwise be difficult.
